The following terms and conditions apply to all SMPerth Masterclass registrations.

All notifications of cancellations and requests for transfers must be emailed to [email protected]

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

No refunds will be given for any workshop, webinar or conference.

SUBSTITUTIONS

You are welcome to send someone in your place if you are no longer able to attend.

TRANSFERS

SMPerth cannot accept responsibility for changes to work commitments or other personal circumstances. If you need to transfer to another date, there is a 50% rebooking fee for any course within 12 months.

NON-ATTENDANCE

The course fee will not be refunded or transferred to another date if you fail to attend; it is your responsibility to take note of the course dates you have registered.

GENERAL

We reserve the right to cancel or re-schedule workshops due to low enrolments or unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a cancellation, we will offer you the option to transfer to another date or to receive a full refund.
